Emotional health is just as important as physical health. We are emotional beings as well as spiritual. We need to be emotionally stable and not controlled by our emotions. Emotional is having or expressing strong feelings. According to (Cambridge Dictionary) Bad emotional behavior can cause you to have a bad day or even days. It can lead to depression, and chronic stress, which affects the body’s hormone balance, and brain chemicals required for happiness and damages the immune system. This is why I wanted to bring this out, if our immune system is off, it can cause hair loss or breakage. It is essential to check our emotional health daily. You may need a gratitude journal or remember to count your blessings. For a severe case of bad emotional health, I suggest talking to a professional and practicing healthy things you love, such as dancing, meditating, singing, writing, or praying. Do what you can to uplift your spirit and start your journey of good emotional health.
